    Delivery off target - no comms from supplier.Eventually turned up in a dodgy cardboard box held together by tape sent by some other company. No paperwork in the box - instructions, invoice, details of the balance of the manufacturers guarantee. Product described as in Excellent condition - handle on grass/moss storage broken, product not clean, grass cuttings all over bottom of unit. Product works, but very noisy which is worrying. Would I buyfrom these people again - NO, most emphatically.
