    Excellent seller. The item arrived just as described. It took almost a month and a half to arrive, but it wasn't the seller's fault, it was the USPS The good thing is that the seller packed it very well and it wasn't damaged at all during the mail. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

    Item wasn’t in the condition that was advertised, but seller was quick to say he’d be willing to send refund, once I returned the item at no cost to myself. As soon as I sent him tracking info on the return, he issues a full refund. Great communication and very professional.

    The packaging was amazing and it arrived very quickly. I'm always nervous to buy older stuffed animals and dolls because they may smell, but the bear I purchased was perfect. I can tell a lot of care went into it. It was exactly as described and I appreciated the specific title and description. Highly recommend this seller!
