  Shipping was very fast, would've been 3 days if UPS hadn't delayed due to weather. Condition and appearance were exactly as shown in photos, was shipped in protective packaging as well 10/10 seller.

  The box appeared to be unopened, and the ear buds and case looked new. However, after charging the case to 100 %, both earbuds showed 0% charge which did not change after several days of charging. The seller was nice, professional and courteous. Issued quick refund with no questions asked. I highly recommend this seller.
