  This seller was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. We needed the item rushed to us and they were very accommodating. The packaging could have been better since the item was very heavy. We would have preferred some padding for protection. Fortunately it arrived without any significant damage to the box or item. It's installed and running great on our machine. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

  Seller is a perfect 5 Star! Product has still yet to arrive thanks to the USPS. Seller has offered all the help he can, and even offered to cancel the order and refund my money. Why should we suffer because of the lousy USPS service. Filing a claim and getting a settlement from the USPS is like pulling teeth. The USPS needs to be replaced.
