  I was over the moon when I received this Peter Max signed NASA print! The colors are so vibrant and it is in excellent condition, definitely high quality. The poster was carefully wrapped and packaged with extra care for shipping. I highly recommend QART as an eBay seller, A+++

  Fantastic experience. Immediately after purchase I realized they are too big for my space once they get framed. Qart helped me cancel and contacted eBay directly since eBay assumed I’ve received them and wanted me to pay for the return. They helped me figure out how many of them will fit. Currently the art is waiting for my decision on the frame. I’m so indecisive but they have been so helpful and sent many pictures of frames to choose from.

  I had an issue with the seller regarding the edition number of what is in the original posting and what was sent. After several disparaging emails, I informed the seller to stop contacting me. The seller still made contact even after my order to stop. Absolutely no consideration or professionalism on the part of this seller. P.S. Ebay please refer to my messages regarding this seller to confirm my above grievance.

  Buyer initiated return for "not as described" when piece was as described. Buyer claimed specific edition number was represented in listing, which was not only false, but said edition number does not even exist. Still, we allowed the return, provided a label on our dime and confirmed we would refund in full on receipt (ie, consideration and professionalism). Buyer only added negative feedback after all this. Our last "contact" was a confirmation reply to buyers email.
