  Radio arrived quickly but was not well packed. Chassis was missing all 3 mounting screws indicating chassis had been removed from case and found to be defective. Chassis was put back in case and not mounted. Back of case was taped on body to keep it from falling off. Mounting tabs on case back were broken off. None of this was mentioned in description. Seller refused to return item. Had to open a case with eBay. eBay refunded full amount upon return of radio.
