    Item is exactly as described and works great!! It arrived promptly and in good condition. I have a little concern with the packaging. It was shipped in a plastic bag only. That does not offer much protection for the remote control if it is dropped or thrown around during the shipping process. Apart from that, everything is good!

    Seller has good, prompt communication. We had some trouble with shipping company logistics that was resolved satisfactorily. Item was as described and pictured, safely packed and delivered within timeframe. The remote is an acceptable option to replace the original, lost one.

    Greetings, Remote seems to have a problem. I can't access some of the features of the stereo such as Treble and Bass controls. Do you have a solution? Thank you!

    Excellent service, prompt dispatch and delivery. Well packaged, new, as described and looks it. Great value. Opened the remote, put in the batteries and it worked straight away with no adjustments needed, very straight forward and no hassle. Thank you.
