    I want to thank the seller. His product is very high quality and at a great price. I sent the order very quickly. I didn't even have time to cancel it. Everything is well packed and has all the parts. Turns on, but I haven't checked the work yet. Any printer defects are fixed. Of course, I recommend the seller and will buy from him all the time.

    Item just as described. Note fedex shipping with signature was used for delivery. Not the fault of the seller but fedex is the absolute worst shipper out there. Had to go to the facility three times to pick up my package.

    Excellent, high quality, hot end. QIDI packages all of the items that they sell in fitted foam lined, high end (almost jewelry like) boxes, inside of the shipping box.

    I had an issue with trying to ship multiple parts on the same order. I was told I needed to cancel part of my order and select another shipping method due to a Canada Post strike (according to sources on their end). When I sent links noting that it wasn't in place anymore I was still told to do this as directed and forced to pay more for shipping than the parts. Unfortunately this is the only place that I have been able to find parts for my printer so my hands were tied.

    There was a mix-up with the item shown and the item that was sent. The seller agreed to refund me $5 for the inconvenience. I think it will be better to work through the Qidi website from now on to avoid this type of mix-up in the future.
