  Item received was not the size for item ordered. Made contact with seller, and was offered a partial refund and keep incorrect product. I offered to return if they provided prepaid return label. They again offered buyout of less than 25% the purchase price. I refused, again requesting a full refund. They then sent an address in China to return product, without supplying prepaid return label. More negotiating ensued and I finally received a full refund. Settled but unsatisfying transaction.
