    Great work. My ps5 was delivered to this repair shop to be fixed. Surprisingly, it was delivered, fixed, and shipped back to me in the same day!! Talk about service! Will send future repairs to this shop! 5 stars! ⭐️

    The technician was good let me know that it was fixed and it was shipped back in a few days. The only thing I just wanted to know what was wrong with it I did not get a response but I will send my PS5 to the technician again because he did a great job.

    Terrible experience. Sent PS5 with simple issue they claimed they could fix. They ignored my messages and provided no proof of progress. When returned, console was not repaired and was in worse condition — cracked case, scratches, missing screws, and even a loose screw rattling inside. To summarize: I paid for a repair that was not completed I paid for shipping only to receive unrepaired and damaged device with missing parts and no evidence of work Completely unprofessional and dishonest service

    We’re sorry you had a negative experience. The thermal liquid you sent leaked and damaged the console, reducing repair success. We spent extra time on your board compared to others. Despite this, you filed a chargeback after the work was completed. We stand by our honest service and won’t issue a refund. False statements made afterward were disappointing. We always aim for fairness and wish you the best moving forward.
