    Superb seller. I’ve bought from them before and this time I had an issue with one light in a pack of 10. Quickly resolved in a friendly manner and they said they’d send me a replacement out. They sent 2 to me rather than one - above and beyond. Excellent service, thank you very much.

    Received swift response and partial refund from seller, as item was damaged (but still usable) on receipt, possibly in transit, although outer packaging was very good. The item itself was good quality and value.

    The package has just been delivered by the postman. The outer packaging is eco friendly but was falling apart. All the contents were there but as I received it my fingers punctured the obvious biodegradable outer packaging. I’m surprised the 10 little packs of wipes were not lost en route. Small packs of wipes look fine and good value I think . But please change your outer packaging to a more rebust one.

    Item arrived promptly, well packaged and as described. Unfortunately I had ordered it not realising that it was the wrong size connection. (Too small) Probably will not bother returning it due to the low price.
