    The packaging was beautiful. It took a while to get thru shipping but it arrived eventually and well secured. I loved that it was double wrapped so it made sure the item was extra safe. And the item itself is beautiful and I received a note on how to use it. I hope it works for me. Also I love how the seller included a lid for my candle. I thought it was awesome. It also appears as if this item was well made as stated by the seller. So I believe this item is brand new and specially made
