    The item never arrived. I thought I would avoid my previous experience of mail delivery incompetence by collecting the delivery from the local store. Royal Mail said they had deliver it the right address but the receiving agent was unable to locate the package. Bad for me and the seller. An unhappy outcome for both of us. Delivery / logistics services have much to answer for.
