  Customer service is a one. The postal service lost my first package. They immediately sent me another one back out and low and behold, Both of them showed up at the same time, 3 and a 1/2 weeks later. They never hesitated to take care of the problem and it wasn't even their fault. It was the post officers fault.

  When I received my order there was a missing item. Contacted the seller and they sent the missing item right away. Things happen, no harm no foul. I appreciated their fast and courteous service and highly recommended them . Will definitely buy from them again. Thank you!

  PWC is a great resource for Yamaha outboards. Great communication. However, I hope DOGE digs deep into the US postal service as they absolutely suck with timely deliveries. 14 days from the time PWC shipped until I received my package.

  Original order was missing a few items. i listed them out in an email and they responded immediately, apologized, and shipped the remaining parts. Thanks guys for making it right. Great customer service. Parts are all yamaha genuine parts with yamaha labels.
