    I received the item exactly as described, the condition is brand new with no damage whatsoever. The item was well packed with cardboard to secure and bubble wrap to efficiently protect the item in transit. The item was sent out and dispatched on time, even arriving before the stated timeframe. The buyer was also very helpful in answering my queries, I would definitely recommend this buyer to friends and I would even purchase from this buyer again myself.

    I received my Aires 1:48 Kfir exhaust nozzle from puzzle-craft. Once again this seller has proved to provide a very good service. It arrived well protected in a strong card board box, exactly as described in the listings. I found it very good value for money, especially for an item of such exquisite detail!
