    Very pleased with the plates purchased, exactly as described. Great communication from Faye regarding delivery and providing details of other items in same range available for sale. Superb packaging, there was no way the plates would get damaged. Great price for items, which were on promotion and postage. I like that Royal Mail was used as the carrier. Excellent EBay seller, would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from again. Thank you

    Excellent E- Bayer the fragile goods were packed brilliantly so were received damage free. Delivery was prompt even though Royal Mail seem to have a poor delivery system. Quality of the plates was first class and communication first class. Finally price was attractive. I wish all E Bay transactions were as good as this one. Full marks.

    Picture arrived with broken glass although well packaged. Seller responded well and I replaced glass at sellers expense. Communication good, seller always helpful.

    Very pleased with plates. Exactly as described and believe them to be good value too. Packaging was amazing - no chance of the plates getting broken through mishandling by the courier!! (Royal Mail, in this instance!) Thought p&p was a tad expensive at first but having seen size of box and the care taken by seller to package the plates, it was reasonable ,
