  Seller tried to add additional shipping to their offer that I accepted. Then canceled order when I would not pay additional money.

  We are so sorry for the misunderstanding. We did agree that we could accept your offer but only if you would pay for shipping as your offer was well below our asking price and refunded you because you paid without including shipping fees.
