    Bar arrived very well packaged but missing spring clips. Contacted seller who very quickly responded and arranged for the missing parts to be sent out. The bar itself is as described, brand new and finished to a very high standard. Well priced and happy with the product. Fantastic comms and support from seller.     Appsolutely fantastic peice of kit, a great price! Plenty of exercises available for a home Gym from the Marcy GS99 I definitely recommend the Double Stack Machine all as described! Well packaged/delivered early + 1 yrs Warranty👍 And Shelby/Nicky are lovely to deal with both gave me Outstanding Customer Service, I also needed a few extra bits from them but nothing was to much trouble everything got posted out next day Not a Problem!👍☺️ Would most definitely recommend and shop with them again!

    Delivery was exceptionally fast and well packaged, the bench was fairly easy to assemble and feels sturdy and looks the part. At the price not a lot for the quality. Seller communicated throughout the delivery process, would buy from them again.

    Exercise bike arrived well packaged, as described and on time (given the bank holiday). Item was purchased as ‘refurbished’ and was 99.9% perfect so very happy, especially given the price I paid! Can’t go wrong with Puretec/Marcy products! Thanks

    Item as described, very happy with the build quality. Communications first rate, updated with delivery schedules as items dispatched with different couriers, flawless. Barbell was damaged in transit, seller replied within the hour and advised they would dispatch a replacement next day. Very honest ebayer great product.
