  Seller shows 6 pictures of keyboard inside a box. Description states item is new, unopened box. Seller sends keyboard in a flimsy envelope without box. I asked seller for full refund. Seller agrees. After returning the keyboard, seller refuses to reimburse for shipping. Claims eBay will not do so, even though seller's description states they will pay for return shipping. Seller had ghosted me. Such a hassle. Wasted my time and money.

  The package arrived faster than expected and was in perfect condition when received, however the item did not come with a box it was shipping in a bubble envelope with just the invoice the pen so there was potential for damage and not to mention the pen arrived uncharged with no battery, however the item works perfectly and the pen connected flawlessly and is being put to good use.
