  Seller is practicing FALSE ADVERVISING! I purchased two dragon head bottles that were OBVIOUSLY NOT as advertised on their eBay website/photos (see my attached photos). I requested a full refund and return shipping label but was told seller does not provide return labels. Although, the seller agreed to a full refund but not until I returned the bottles. I shipped the bottles back to the seller; however, seller did NOT refund my $16.55 shipping fee(see attached return shipping pic). UNACCEPTABLE!

  So, I ordered a larger 3D vinyl sticker from this seller. It arrived crumbled in a literal ball. Not from shipping damage, but from packaging. Really to the point that the hard creased lines never came out. It was bad. Total lack of care. HOWEVER, I contacted the seller and they did respond quickly which I appreciate. They offered a 20% discount and asked me to keep the item which really isn’t great as the item is more of less ruined. I did however accept it and move on. Won’t buy from again
