  I didn t have the correct address in Ebay and it was shipped to the old one - the USPS returned the package to sender as my forwarding address was no longer in their system. The seller did nothing wrong and when I contacted them about the mistake they Immediately got another package headed my way - I would buy from them again and would recommend them too.

  Item as described, Safely packaged, Quick ship, Clear,sharp printing, lamination well done. Would prefer lettering and notations to be in a horizontal format, but not a show stopper.

  Quality is very good! Seller is very responsive. My initial order was filled incorrectly and my payment was immediately refunded. A new and correct diagram was shipped very quickly at no expense to me. You cannot ask for better customer service.

  I have purchased from Prosperos before and have always been delighted. The quality is excellent and the well laminated diagrams have lasted many years. The price is great. The two diagrams I ordered arrived quickly via USPS in a large flat reinforced envelope. The colors are great. I would reccomend this seller for all your schematic needs.
