  Tablet came pretty fast tbh. Wasn't visibly in any bad condition, was properly reset and all that. Packaged like they truly didn't want nothing to happen to it. There was a mistake with the tablet being 64gb instead of 128, but I reached out and they offered me tl either resend it or a partial refund. They were very polite and fast to reply. Im very impressed with the service
