customer changed the delivery to collection as he was not going to be in to sign for the parcel in the given time window which is fine. but he wanted us to pay for this change we are sorry you could not be in to receive the parcel in the time window given and changed it to a collection service, but time windows are given prior to attempted delivery to give you time to make sure you or someone is in to receive and sign for the parcel.
