    Through no fault of their own, The item was damaged enroute. They quickly replaced it and sent it as soon as possible. I only wished they alerted me with more information other than it was delayed. It wasn’t until I sent a message that I was told what happened and given the new tracking number.

    These were great people to deal with, answered all my numerous questions. Great service department, even when I messed up my original order, promptly fixed it and sent the correct order. I am sure if I have any problems installing the regulator they will always help me. Donald

    Great online order experience!  Was having a hard time sourcing  this type of product and found this vendor and have identical replacement at a great price!  They were quick to sent out shipment information and arrived faster than I expected!  Will use this vendor in the future!     Overall kit received was different than pictured with missing some parts. Seller made right and was a pleasure to do business with seller. Looking forward to installing kit soon.

    The item is well made. The manufacturer is very good at mailing.and their tracking. What was a problem is their customer communictions. When I purchased the piece from ebay I realized about an hour later that ebay had sent them the wrong mailing address. I knew I had plenty of leeway time to either alert Nash or ebay. I tried both, no response. OH yeah, try to get a hold of ebay . I still recommend Nash co. , just make sure all your information is correct. Fortunately I knew the mail carrier
