It got delivered exactly as stated with every feature much better than seen on Ebay. Though, I reluctantly returned the PC just as result of my not paying attention to the Operating system, Chrome OS as again windows that I wanted. So, I take the blame! Unfortunately, RM do 'play fast and loose' with deliveries and this time they claimed to have attempted delivery when this was clearly not true. This type of ploy is beyond the control of the seller but eBay should encourage RM to provide actual proof that delivery was attempted rather than simply accepting RM's scan of a delivery label as proof of anything other than what it is - a 'scanned' label.
