I was greatly satisfied with their resolution when a vital part was missing from my order. Communication was very smooth, they quickly acknowledged the error and made it right by shipping the part that same day. Does it suck that it happened? Yeah, but a lesser seller would've lazily given me a paltry discount and had me hunt ebay for the part myself. I would absolutely buy from them again. It wont let me type more so A+++

One had a dongle that would not connect and the other had cracks on the headsetband. Seller quickly send me 2 replacement 4320UC (one with a new dongle) that arrived quickly and both are working as advertised. The value on the cost for a used 4320 is worth it. If anyone at my job asked where I bought it, I will send them to LYNX TEK. Thank You for such awesome customer service.
