It was only when you contact us 3 weeks later to say your replacement hadn't arrived that we provided another replacement for you. You had 2 replacement panels shipped -or which one went missing with Royal Mail and until you told us of missing item - we had no idea - when you contacted we resolved the issues straight away. Totally inaccurate and unfounded allegations!
