  great seller, had issue with shipping. As item was used didn't have original packaging, Item was a bit heavy and looks like got tossed pretty hard and a sharp plastic corner was damaged. Seller was very responsive and quickly to a solution. Great seller. Item as described

  Item was exceptionally well packaged and protected. All items shown in the listing arrived as pictured. Seller was courteous and professional. Only one part of the item differed from the description, and when I reached out to the seller they were receptive and willing to redress the situation. Very professional, I recommend them.

  We love this massager! Everything in the picture came to our doorstep in less time than we thought it would! The seller is very fair. Unfortunately, it wasn't the right adapter to charge the unit. The seller was quick to answer my concerns about starting a refund. I told the seller I would like to keep the massager and look for the right adapter. The seller suggested to refund me for just the adapter! Thank you for the amazing device & a fair offer! Will buy from this seller again!

  Items came in condition as described. But that for me is in good condition I'm happy with it especially for the price so thank you. Packaging was very good there is no room for any movement so great job on packaging. Yeah thank you so much for the product and I recommend this seller A++++
