  While the service was excellent, the seller verified with me information to make sure the part ordered would fit. Came quickly, item was as expected. Part fit my 2012 Honda Pilot as verified. Only issue is this part is not an OEM product as advertised but came in Honda part bag. OEM part removed from my vehicle consisted of 2- 14mm bolt heads. This part came with a 13mm and 14mm bolt head. Also original OEM had markings as seen in photo, not on part ordered. Very professional seller.

  This seller is awesome. Not only did they confirm part and for my Outback, but they also sent detailed instructions via message with "You can do this" encouragement. Brand new in the box part for and excellent value. High quality parts and everything works great. Definitely going on my saved sellers list.

  Found this clock spring on eBay, had the correct parts number, and placed the order, quickly I got a message from the seller wanting the VIN number to verify the proper item, I sent it to them and I appreciate that they were conscious enough to make sure I was getting the correct item. Received it 2 days early, when I got it I I installed it and now all the steering wheel controls work! Thank you guys for everything

  Seller had good communication and when there was an issue with the parts shipped they sent replacements, ultimately the replacements had issues too but seller was reasonable and willing to refund money as parts did not function properly.
