FedEx delivered the heavy package completely unscared, scraped, or crumpled on any corner. The packaging was double walled and form fit padding so that the turbo arrived in mint condition. The price was right and quality seems to be top shelf. The polished aluminum finish looks great under the hood. Easy install with top performance. Complete with all gaskets and even glove included for a clean install.

Customer had to have their car, so I ordered from another vendor. Asked to cancel since the item never arrived by the due date. No communication from seller throughout the whole process. Item ended up arriving several days later, the case was canceled no refund. After arrival the item that was sent was wrong anyway, not even close to fitting the 2014 Forester 2.5l. The same correct item ordered from different vendor arrived in 2 days
