  Item came quicker then expected and item was packed securely and exactly as described. I did reach out to ask if the guide needle on the wicks bent without snapping and they responded days later just stating to read the description and reach out with and questions or concerns but that’s what I originally did the description didn’t answer my question so I asked them either way I got what I wanted and the shipping was super confusing but I’m satisfied with what I got and the timing!
