    I bought this book because it stated that it was a hardcover book and they sent me a paperback and when I contacted the seller they would not refund me but wanted me to buy more books and offered me some money off. They are charging the same price for a hardcover and sending paperback.

    The price was good and it was delivered faster then expected but the way the package the book was very bad the box got crushed and bent the bottom of the book

    The color of the shade received did not match the photo's color. The color of the shade on the photo is beige (linen), but they sent pure white (smooth cotton). The seller would not want to send the right color.
