    Great communication and seller. I noticed an issue with the item in a photo right after checking out. Seller immediately worked with me, refunded the purchase. We ended up coming to a fair price on the same item for as-is for parts condition. Shipping was fast. Packaging was superb. Keeping the box and foam in case I ever need to ship one of these cameras…

    Shipping was very fast as would be expected for the price. The cooler itself was not as described. The listing shows the cooler unused and compatible with AM4. What I was shipped was indeed unused, but the mounting hardware was only good through AM3. I was partially refunded for the need to get an upgrade kit. Before buying from them again, I would confirm the condition of the item being sold.
