  The wrong product was shipped to me. Asked several times if the correct product was going to get sent to me and received no response to that question. I was offered a return label and a full refund for the incorrect product supplied. I have decided to keep the incorrect product as my "Merry Christmas" sign packed up on 5/1/2025!!

  Prompt delivery, but item was not the same as in the listing picture, very flimsy. The communication was good, offered a partial refund of £1 plus just easier, to accept life can be stressful enough as it is, did keep the item donated it to charity. I digress
