  I've tried to contact the seller but they are sparse at best. The tool box arrived damaged, bent and not even able to put the wheels on it. Even the top box was damaged even though it was packed inside the bottom chest. They offered a partial refund and that's the last I've heard from them. Very frustrating. Very disappointing.

  Item as described (new), quick shipping, good seller. Minor point: width is actually 59 inches and not 60 inches as indicated in the photos and description, but this did not matter for my purposes.
