  Beautifully made, very sturdy and with a lovely pattern. These pots are a quality item, very high standard of craftsmanship. They arrived wrapped in bubble wrap and then a cover of waterproof black plastic. Luckily you could clearly see they were pots and, being handled by Royal Mail 48 Tracked, I was happy that they hadn’t been damaged in transit. You can always trust the Royal Mail to handle and deliver items with care. Good communication throughout. Good value for money. 5* transaction.

  I ordered 7 blinds and one was faulty. I contacted them to say and they have sent a replacement blind immediately. The blinds are lovely and customer service is 10/10!
