  I ordered this to replace an old faulty fan, although I had the model number it didn’t match up with the model number of the unit that Prime electrical was advertising on eBay, so I sent them photos to ensure I was ordering the correct replacement, I received a prompt reply advising me of the correct unit to order which I did, I received it promptly, fitted the unit & it’s working perfectly, thank you for your excellent help & service.

  Despite sending the wrong item first time by mistake they were really good, quickly responding and then arranging for the correct item to be sent and a label for the incorrect one. Once it arrived the item was exactly what I needed and was easy to fit. Excellent seller would use again A++++
