Obviously not the fault of the seller. I returned the goods and they were refunded in good time to my bank account. A little communication from the seller would have helped though. My only complaint.

I am very sorry for the experience you received in respect of the terrible service form Evri. We shipped out the product within a few hours of receiving the order. Evri have clearly lost the good and we made every attempt to get a resolve. We ask for buyers to close a case should they require a replacement. This avoids issue for send the replacement. I hope you will understand, we did our very best to help but from time to time couriers fail and for this I am very sorry.

What they sent does not correspond with the picture and the filter mesh size is circa 500microns which is standard for a water filter. They have responded saying this is the only one they sell which they charge a premium for over other sellers who give a true description of their water filters which also look exactly like the one they sent to me.
