Many sellers don't counter offer with their input amount. So the buyer has to keep upping their offer until it's only $1.00 less than the requested price. Often shipping is very high making the sellers items less desirable. The only negative point - this dress is huge and the design looks like a nightgown. No way for me to make it smaller so I can't wear it.
