    Free postage and great value item. Had a problem with the packaging being damaged in transit on this item resulting in some of the contents being damaged. Seller was very fair on being informed of this and promptly offered a discount off the purchase price which I was happy with. All together a good transaction with the undamaged items being as described. Would recommend this seller and would be happy to buy from again.

    Postage was fast but the the delivery guy left the package at the lift and left, anyone in the flat could have picked it up and the package would be lost. The packaging was perfect and the laptop was as it was described. Price value is good.

    The item was perfect, exactly as described, and price was good too. There was a problem with delivery, down to the courier, not the seller, but communication was excellent and they did all the chasing, all I had to do was wait. Highly recommended seller, did everything they could to make the transaction as easy as possible.

    The item arrived defective, but since it was an old graphics card, this may be normal wear. Regardless, the seller handled the situation perfectly, there was no issue with communication or return options. I highly recommend this seller! A truly excellent seller proves their worth when problems arise, and this one took care of everything smoothly.
