  I purchased a pair of beautiful Dansko leather Pumps that were very-well packaged and looked brand new. Unfortunately the heels and soles failed the first time they were worn. An obvious manufacturer failure that could not be foreseen by the seller. Within 5-minutes of informing the seller of this, they responded with an apology and issued a full purchase and shipping credit. This is an honorable seller that I respect for their prompt professionalism and integrity.
