  Good value - just as described and arrived on time but the box was flattened and contents were packed separately and item was just sent in a plastic bag, which might have been too flimsy but it did arrive undamaged. The instructions seemed more complicated than my usual product but perhaps this was just because the print was so small and took longer than usual to read !

  Great communication, first order didn't arrive (royal mail didn't deliver) but the seller offered to resend or refund, I opted for a reorder which arrived in a couple of days, well packaged too, thanks for your help 5*+

  The item was lost by Royal Mail - I was unaware of this until the seller informed me and told me that I was receiving a full refund, which has now arrived. Genuine seller.

  I had to contact the seller as the items I purchased never arrived. The seller was quick to respond and having found out that the postal service had lost the items, I was given a full refund!! Great customer service!!

  Did not arrive so contacted seller they refunded me & it arrived the next day and no charge from seller. Very good communication and would purchase again
