  Seller listed faucet as NEW. I made an offer, he accepted. I received (from him) a USED faucet in a ripped and stained product box (see pics). Poorly packed. Pics sent to seller. I asked the seller to just refund $10 of my purchase but, no refund. I filed for a return. Seller got VERY agitated using foul language in several messages which Ebay has on file. Seller was incompetent, rude, and then had the audacity to blame me for his mistakes. Complaint filed. Ebay gave me a complete refund.

  Within the same hour of when I had concerns about a few things, the seller was able to reach out to me and respond to, as well as, take care of the questions I had. Seller is very reasonable and fair when it comes to resolving issues, so if you have any questions I advise you to ask them.
