They arrived in a large box but they were not wrapped individually. I contacted the seller and agreed to accept a partial refund, but when it arrived, it was insufficient. The plates were as described and they would have been good value for money.

He also informed me eBay has deducted an amount from the refund, but as it appears to be without good cause, I'm going to ask eBay to explain themselves and provided me with a valid reason for doing so.
