  The product took a bit to ship due to it being in china! But arrived in great quality as described and I even got my promo card for ordering more than one box! The product didn’t ship for a few days so when messaged the seller responded promptly and answered any questions I may have had!! Great product, great seller, will be buying from them again!!

  Item condition says "used" only because they had to open the box to check which item is inside the blind box. It's basically like new; the plastic bags inside the box are unopened, and the doll is untouched. The item came with everything as described. Seller had proactive communication.   Amazing customer service! Real product and not a scam and I’m so so happy with it! They are so cute! I happened to get a mixed up one on accident and the seller understood and responded so kindly!   Though the item never arrived, having been lost once it reached the US, the seller was very prompt with their replies and their updates, having contacted the logistics company many times. Once it was determined to have been lost, the seller immediately reached out with the info and provided a refund. As the seller had no control over the postal service, this was still a 5* experience, from a buyer/seller perspective.
