  The Item was exactly what I was looking for, before purchase I verified the fitment through ebay and the seller. I was able to negotiate prices with the seller because of the shipping costs were high for the particular car part. I ordered a bumper "primed", it arrived as described, but it had a few minor damages. It requited additional prep work before painting. Overall, I would order from this seller again.

  The seller usually responded within a day. The shipping was a little long but that's because the part comes from a company in Germany. overall it took me about 30 days to receive. The packaging was pretty terrible. the box was just a box and was pretty torn up during shipping. there was no sort of stuffing or reinforcement of the box inside luckily the lip itself was not damaged the protective plastic film on it did its job. The lip itself is beautiful very high gloss!

  My first negative review after 18 years on Ebay. I bought an item that was listed as New: A brand-new, undamaged... There were broken parts on both ends of the rails for installation. The seller asked to unpack it and take a photo (correspondence saved). I sent photos and asked if with such damage it was possible to install the part without problem? Instead of offering to return, the seller wrote to me "Ok, we're going ahead" and did not respond further. Awful. I don't recommend this seller.

  Responsive communication and shipping was so fast! Arrived from overseas in a matter of days - I can't get a local package delivered that quickly! I have yet to install diffuser but will soon and will update. Thanks Premiumtuning!
