I contacted the seller and they passed me from person to person . I offered obviously at my expense to return the incorrect item together with the correct existing lock. I was told this was not possible. I offered to void a refund and simply buy the correct item . I again would pay for the item and the postage. Again this was not possible. A totally impossible reaction shocking customer service.
