  Seller or employee marked the item as sent, it hadn’t been sent at all and when I asked about the postage tracking not having any info on the package a while after I bought them the seller or staff informed me that the listing was listed at an incorrect price and they would have to refund me. When they processed the refund it had the reason as “buyer requested refund” which isn’t correct, I just wanted the part I ordered. After the refund was sent the ad changed the product images and prices.

  Hi apologise for the inconvenience. We have recently updated our internal database and are having some minor stock issues. Really sorry for the headache. Can confirm order was refunded in full as soon as we were made aware of issue. Thank you for your honest feedback.

  Received wrong parts from what was purchased. Received no communication from seller after multiple attempts. Had to raise dispute resolution requests with eBay to obtain a return label and get a refund on parts. eBay also was unable to gain communication from the seller, terrible service will never use again. I have always had great service through eBay with many years of experience, this is an exceptionally poor experience.

  Item's as described - disappointing with time for delivery. Communication poor. 10 days from purchase to postage with no explanation for delay. Seller could do a lot better.

  Seller is a thief! He is selling wrong product and then he doesn't accept return and give refund. Don't buy from this seller. I have specifically asked if the lights are for RHD and he send lights for LHD. No return, no refund.
