  Item arrived as advertised and in great shape... however, your shipping/handling process definitely needs work... 2+ weeks for a small box to reach Florida from New York is not good. Great communication though, and the item installed and works well, so overall a positive.

  I’m leaving positive feedback for now. The part has sadly yet to be installed as I have been waiting for help in doing so. So long as there is no issue I’ll leave this review as is. Otherwise I will update later if I find the quality to be poor. The package arrived on time actually a day or two early I believe. Looks to be brand new as described and appears to be what I was expecting when I purchased. As of right now my review is of the business being fast in processing and sending my order.

  They shipped quickly. The metal gasket in the picture was not in my delivery. So they sent me refund for the missing part. Excellent response times to messages Great customer service.
