The product arrived foam-wrapped and double-boxed with padding between box layers. The part matched the description and was successfully installed, bringing our machine tool back to life.   I never received my item, the couriers managed to make a mess of that. The seller was not responsible, a very fair and trusted seller who unlike many when things were going wrong, did everything he could to resolve the issue, excellent communication and a really decent person.   Some of the best seller communication I've ever seen on here, responded in minutes when I asked for pictures of the inside of the device. Reasonable shipping cost on a pretty big item.
